The Most beautiful places to visit in Thailand

Thailand is one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations, it is no secret that it is home to some amazing and spectacular places. It is over flowing with hearty culture, white sand beaches, tropical rainforests and breath-taking monuments.

Here’s our top most beautiful places to visit when jet setting to Thailand.

Koh Lipe

Known as the Mini Maldives, Koh Lipe is one of Thailand’s Island treasures! It is a tropical fantasy covered in golden sparkling beaches, crystal clear waters and an underwater world of spectacular creatures. This little gem was barely known to tourists, but has now developed rapidly into a perfect paradise for honeymooners, travellers and holiday makers.

It remains more untouched than its neighbouring Islands but is home to some out of this world hotels, restaurants and bars. It is one for the bucket list and is a perfect Island escape. To access the Island, you can hop on a long tail boat or ferry.

Koh Lanta

Ever fancied a quiet get away, without too much of the tourist stuff.

Perhaps a quiet secluded bungalow on the beach for a surprisingly low price, beautiful beaches and enough Thai food to stuff yourself silly?

Well Koh Lanta is just that. It is located south of Krabi and has an amazing 27-Kilometre coastline. The Island is accessible by Ferry or Long Tail Boat. The best way to explore this lovely Island is to hire a moped, with the wind in your hair and the warm sun on your back, there truly is no better feeling.

South of the island is the wonderful well known National Park, the snorkelling is one of a kind and the sunsets are some of the most spectacular in the world.

Koh Mook, Koh Ngai and Koh Radang

These three islands make up a small chain South of Phi Phi. Home to a set of rocky limestone outcrops and the famous Morakot Cave located in Koh Mook. Where else can you swim through a 70-metre tunnel under its cliff face? Created when the centre of this hong collapsed and formed an aquamarine basin surrounded by a white sand beach and vertical cliffs.

Koh Phi Phi

For anyone who hasn’t heard of Koh Phi Phi before, where have you been hiding? This is home to the famous Maya Bay where the Hollywood film ‘The Beach’ with the dreamy Leonardo DiCaprio was filmed. It also has plenty of other dreamy spots for you to explore, Pileh Lagoon being top of the list! It is nature’s most spectacular swimming pool! Monkey Island is also worth a visit, it takes clear waters to a new level with snorkelling views up to 50-metres in distance!

Gulf Of Thailand – Koh Samui

Koh Samui is ever changing and ever growing. It now has its own International Airport which makes it easily accessible and with Koh Pha Ngan and Koh Tao within an hour’s reach via ferry or long tail boat why wouldn’t you take a trip to Thailand’s second biggest island. It provides a vibrant experience with its overflowing culture including many temples, Buddha’s and Waterfalls galore!

Most tourists head to Chaweng beach located on the east coast but unless you are looking for overcrowded clutter, we recommend heading south or spending a day heading to Angthong National Marine Park. This is what the ‘Dreamy Thailand’ blogs and Instagram posts are made of. Turquoise waters and white limestone carts.
